**Qualified referrals must have an initial delivery of 200 gallons or more and must sign up for automatic delivery of 300 or more gallons per year. Referrals for properties with an existing Phillips Energy tank and/or prior service are excluded. Credit will be issued once payment for initial fill has been received.
